Downstream Users of Chemicals Co-ordination Group (DUCC) is a platform of European associations representing „downstream” industries that formulate or place chemical mixtures on the market for end-users. Its primary goal is to support the implementation of REACH and CLP regulations, facilitating collaboration among members and engaging in dialogue with EU institutions to ensure their needs are addressed in legislative processes. DUCC establishes common positions on issues related to other chemicals regulations and also ensures guidance and tools to assist its members in complying with chemical legislation.
DUCC’s members represents a wide range of industries ranging from cosmetics and detergents to aerosols, paints, inks, toners, pressroom chemicals, adhesives and sealants, construction chemicals, fragrances, disinfectants, lubricants and chemical distributors industries.
